1. No images are to be downloaded from the IMAGES BY PRING Website without prior consent. You may not use or reproduce the images in any manner whatsoever other than as expressly described.

2. You agree and acknowledge that IMAGES BY PRING retains all right, title and interest in and to the images. You shall have no rights in the images other than the limited licence in this agreement.

3. You may not edit, manipulate or change these images without prior consent. You may not reproduce the images in any way (including printing the images as fine art for display or wholesale) without prior consent from us as the copyright will remain the property of IMAGES BY PRING.

4. Some non profitable organisations and charities may use IMAGES BY PRING images with no charge but all images must be credited to IMAGES BY PRING and all terms and conditions still apply.
